Fulfillment Team Member

Role Summary:

Our Fulfillment Team Members are responsible for processing customer orders by picking and tagging product, checking orders for accuracy, packing, shipping, consolidating freight if required, stacking and wrapping pallets, loading on a truck and all accompanying paperwork. 

This is a contract to hire position providing competitive wage starting at $12/hour for full-time Empower Rangers and will be benefit eligible following completion of the contract period. 

Available Roles and Schedules

  • Kit Production focused on assembling small custom orders - M-F 7:00 to 4:00 
  • Receiving focused on replenishment and put away - Sun 8:00 to 5:00, M-Th 6:00 to 3:00
  • Shipping focused on picking and packing - M-F 7:00 to 4:00 

All shifts have a 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks. 

Placement Criteria:

  • A strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail is a recipe for success;
  • Team player determined to accomplish company, department, and personal goals;
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within shipping/receiving in a distribution or fulfillment operation;
  • GED/High School Diploma, with 1 or more years working in a distribution/ fulfillment environment required with picking, packing and shipping experience a preferred.

All Empower Rangers are expected to work overtime on occasion and as business needs demand.
